Unfortunately, we have had confirmation this weekend that the Deaf Institute gig, scheduled for 1st March has been postponed. NorthernAdult were due to support signed Manchester band, The Rubys at the Saturday night event, but the Rubys have now had to pull out, as their Keyboard player will be out of action following a routine operation that has been brought forward to the week before the gig.
We tried to save the slot, but given time scales, the venue have opted to reschedule the gig for later in the year – they have ‘reached out to a few people, but were unable to retain a reliable independant promoter to assist with the booking’..
The Deaf Institute remain very positive about rescheduling and we’d, of course, still love to play there – Realistically, we are probably looking at September now. We will look to secure another live event shortly, and will keep you posted!!
