2017 – A great year for NA gigs

So, I can honestly say 2017 has been a really memorable year for Rick and I, as we got to play some ‘proper’ venues across the country, including Jools Holland’s place in St Paul’s Birmingham (The Jam House), Manchester’s finest hidden indie venue (The Deaf Institute), and Preston’s very own Roper Hall. These gigs, along with a number of rather ‘hazy’ private parties, including the essential Glastohale (South Manchester’s finest) rounded off a great gigging season for NorthernAdult.

The most emotional evening had to be the Deaf Institute in Manchester on 25th May, given the tragic events 4 days earlier at the nearby Manchester Arena. Four bands played on the night to a packed crowd (160+) all of whom had turned out to not only show their support for the gig itself, but to demonstrate solidarity with their home city of Manchester.  A great evening, which we were proud to be a part of..
